Shipping policy

• Orders ship Monday through Friday excluding major holidays, most ship within one business day of purchase but please allow 3 days for processing.

• Please allow an additional 7 business days of processing time for Solid Gold Chains.

PACKAGE PROTECTION

If your order has package protection you are covered for:

• Lost/Missing packages

• Stolen packages

• Items damaged in shipping (does not include issues related to defects)

2 DAY AND OVERNIGHT SHIPPING

• Deadline is 8 AM PST

• Can't be delivered on weekends

• Can't be shipped to P.O. Boxes

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

• Free shipping promotions do not apply to international orders

• International shipments may be subject to duties, taxes, handling, and/or other charges by the country of import. These fees are not included in the cost of your order and are not reimbursed by Bands.

• Customs regulations in the U.S.A. require that we display the full product value on the package, even if the product was purchased at a discount). Please check with your country’s customs office to determine any additional costs before placing your order.

• If an international package is returned to sender we will hold the package and notify you by email when we receive it and offer the option to purchase a re-shipment. Please note Bands does not cover re-shipping fees for situations outside of our control.
