It replaces an old, exact same set of blue Stretch Cordz...after many years, the black colored tubing began to degrade and it was time for a new setI bought this to replace my old ones. Same brand. The elastic is not very stretchy like the old ones so I cannot get the same range of motion. Disappointed.The stretch cordz was purchased for my son to be used as a pre-warm up for water polo training.
