The system is made of solid metal and not plastic like many out there. I am very pleased to do business with this company and I will highly recommended to all my customers.All of the components in this are top notch solid construction (unlike many other random fixture options on here that I have personally used and experienced installing). The look is good, finishes are a nice matte black, and the controls have a smooth feel to them.One flaw, either the valve body is backwards (unlikely based on component orientations, shower up, wand down out of the valve body) or the little knob that controls the wand vs the shower is printed incorrectly. When you turn to shower, the wand is on, and visa versa. Not enough to deduct a star for since it is left in shower mode 99% of the time, but just something to be aware of.Shower head arm and handheld shower connector to wall both have a square cover adjustable. I have seen similar systems that dont have it and its a headache when installing shower arm because depth of connector from tile surface had to be exact.
